I don’t care about his mandatories. Mandatories usually suck anyway. The only fight that mattered during Stevenson’s entire “reign” was Kovalev, and he didn’t want it.

Right. Kovalev switched networks at the eleventh hour making the fight politically impossible to make. After HBO had basically closed the deal on a showcase for both fighters setting up their eventual showdown. Na wait, that was Stevenson that did that.

the fact is hbo didnt close the deal...adonis negotiated with them fairly until the last day...he gave them 1 million plus ratings each time he fought on hbo and became fighter of the year.


they let him get away for 300k...and his team even told them to pay 100k and he'd stay on...THEY REFUSED...why not pay a fighter the money he earned? he signed with showtime to fight the higher rated bhop and get paid more..bhop then did wat u accuse adonis of...and bhop turned down more money to fight adonis...the facts are out there
