You're joking right? Klitschko had mandatory against povetkin! Like I said you don't choose your Fighters. You can call out who you want to face like wilder did Joshua but you don't actually get to choose your Fighters. Klitschko's next fight being David Haye the long-anticipated fight. Ortiz was Joshuas mandatory in another sanctioning body after Pulev , who was his IBF mandatory .

Hearn guaranteed Ortiz a title shot after Pulev , he pulled out and Takam took his place .

Instead of wating for the Joshua / Takam winner , he took off like a fool and went and got a Wilder fight . Except not being the smartest guy again ( hes done handful of things to sabotage his own career ) he couldn't fill out a simple form and got a ban that removed him as a mandatory for Joshua so he missed out on a pay day and further delayed his career.
