Don't reallllly care who wins just think it'll be fun to watch. Leaning Gassiev's way, but both guys can end the fight at any point & one of them will I feel like.
I think Lipinets is gonna surprise some people, but idk if he'll surprise people enough to get the W. It'd be impressive if Mikey stops him. I don't think he will.
Groves gets hit too easily & is too slow. Eubank Jr will exploit this all night to get a late stoppage or wide decision. To beat Eubank Jr you gotta move fairly well or be fairly quick. Groves as neither. Eubank Jr does get careless sometimes, but he tends to be careless vs his lesser opponents so idk if that shortcoming will come into play for Groves or not.
Smith is MASSIVELY overrated to me. All he's got is size & he's pretty regular beyond that. Braehmer is a very live dog here & from a betting POV I think there is excellent value in throwing money on him. I think this will be more competitive than people think cuz Smith's size will have less impact on Braehmer who's coming down from 175. If pressed I think I'd pick Braehmer outright.
Skill-wise Brook should win all day every day, but I think there is an argument to be had that mentally Brook's last couple fights will have impact on him moving forward. So for that reason I think a upset is possible here, but I'd pick Brook to win.
I think Ortiz is overrated, just like Wilder lol oddly enough, but Ortiz seems more overrated & less proven (& lets be real Wilder isn't all that proven either realllllly). I do think technically Ortiz is the better fighter, but I think age & the jump up in class & how well Ortiz deals with Wilder later in the fight will probably decide things. So I got Wilder by late KO or a 8-4, 9-3 type decision if Ortiz toughs it out doesn't gas out or get stopped. There is some upset potential here doe don't get me wrong.
The battle of two guys I couldn't give less f#cks about. I just take a W here cuz one of these guys becomes less of a force in the division after they lose. If pressed I think I go with Whyte.
Joshua stops Parker sooner or later & I feel like sooner is more likely. Maybe within 4-6 rounds, maybe sooner.
BJS all day. Wide decision sounds right.
Khan all day. Probably a wide decision here too.
Frampton all day. Probably a wide decision once again. Quite the trend going on.
Will look like the first fight minus the ankle breaking situation where Haye was in solid command...unless of course Haye breaks something else this time. Ultimately I think Haye is just doing a slow burn cashout strategy & its possible if he gets any resistance he could just give up on the stool without an injury or be in the ring in physical body only too. Don't trust Haye is basically what I'm saying, but I'd have to favor him here even if I got big doubts about him.
I think Canelo is a smart cat & will have come up with a better strategy in the rematch based on how things went the first time around. I do think it could still be tight once again unless GGG has aged a bit. I was kinda surprised with how bad GGG looked in the first few rounds of the first fight. If that goes down again I suspect Canelo will be less surprised & take advantage of it more. Canelo's gonna have to stay active 3 minutes of the round in more rounds doe this time. Canelo W12. Idk about a KO by either side despite the marketing.
