When did the Eastern myth start?

All of a sudden, there was this weird myth that Eastern Europeans were taking over boxing. What started that myth?

When old fat Lewis knocked prime Vitali's head open?
    When Joshua knocked out Wladimir?
When little Haye smacked giant Valuev around?
When Crawford traumatised and retired Postol?
When Jacobs got robbed after outboxing Golovkin?
When Ward schooled Kovalev twice and made people whine?
    When Bradley defeated Provodnikov?
    When Easter defeated Shafikov?
When Indongo destroyed Troyanovski in 1 round?

Seriously, I don't see it, I just don't see it. I love Eastern Europe. They are great people, great to have a party with, sexy women as well. They are also very intelligent. So don't take this for hatred or anything. But honestly, they were never the dominant force in boxing. Blacks are, have always been and will always be... It's genetics, man, hating it won't change it.

They're not "taking over" boxing. But ******s like you get all huffy when they do well and it's amusing to watch.

Thread over. You can now go back to sniffing glue and playing in traffic with dog shit smeared on your government issued helmet.

I'm a big fan of several Eastern European fighters and I don't see any black fighters beating Lomachenko at the moment (except Crawford). So no, I don't get annoyed by their succes, but mindless hype always bother me.

So you nitpick specific instances of when Eastern European lose to specific black American boxers or blck boxers in general and use that as evidence that Eastern Europeans never dominated boxing?

Where were all ofl your black boxing heroes when the Klitschkos dominated for over a decade? Where did they go hiding? Why did it take until Wladimir Klitschko was 41 years old until USA or Britain were able to produce a boxer capable of dethroning a granddad Wladimir Klitshcko?

As soon as the Soviets were allowed to box (since the 1990's), Americans all of a sudden stopped being the dominant force in boxing. The same applies to the UK.

Fact remains, Wladimir Klitschko has the best REAL heavyweight record of all time (in bouts where two boxers weigh 200 pounds).

Fact remains, the ex Soviet bloc boxers were able to arrive at USA and dominate many divisions in USA. The same can't be said about boxers from USA, accomplishing this very feat outside of their home country.

One or two wins is irrelevant. Dominance over a period of time is relevant is what's relevant! And many boxers from the former Soviet Bloc states / countries have been able to dominate many weight divisions over a period of time, not just in their home country or in any country, but also in the USA against Americans.

Let us know when your black American heroes can come to Russia and dominate. Until then, the Soviets have definitely dominated the sport of boxing.

If you want to talk about genes, then the Russian genes is suited to physical strength. That's why majority of the power lifters, strong man competitors and weight lifters are Russian, Polish, Bulgarian and etc.

Crawford doesn't have any win nearly as good as Breidis or Canelo.

Golovkin has no win against Canelo and the only one who cares about Breidis is his own mom.

Crawford is much more proven than Breidis and unlike Golovkin, his legacy is not tainted with gift decisions against Jacobs and Canelo (Golovkin should have lost both fights).

Lomachenko is great, though. He has been giving the brothers some quite brutal boxing lessons and honestly, he is the best white fighter I have ever seen. Lomachenko has beaten guys like Walters and Rigondeaux, he is several levels above Golovkin and Usyk.
