I agree. Defeating Lara is the only path to Charlo vs. Hurd.

Fortunately for Hurd he is the one to land the fight. Although I'm sure Charlo was an option. I imagine Lara chose Hurd because he figures he can outbox him in the same way that Trout did while he was fresh. He's probably right and I think his stamina is better than Trout's. Whoever wins has a Lion waiting for them.
