WBO world middleweight champion Billy Joe Saunders (26-0, 12 KOs) will be a very interested observer when Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez and Gennady Golovkin collide for a second time. On Monday, it was officially announced that Canelo would challenge Golovkin, the WBC, IBO, IBF, WBA middleweight champion, on May 5th at a venue to be determined at a later date.

BJS can't take it anymore. He wants his pay day and to retire and get fat. He's barely hanging in there.

You got Boo Boo Andrade problems coming your way Billy. Besides, Sergiy Derevyanchenko is due a mandatory for Canelos IBF 160 pound title, so you better handle that first bruh.

So what does he count what he's been doing as far as facing GGG the past couple years?

I'd love GGG to beat Canelo then have a fairwell fight against BJS at Wembley towards the end of the year with a chance to bow out as the Undisputed Middleweight Champion. I don't believe he has many fights left in him, he was never fast anyway but he does appear to has slowed down a bit, it's a case of his mind being willing but his body isn't physically all there anymore. He hasn't slipped by much and can still compete at top level but since he's started fighting top level fighters in Brook, Jacobs and Canelo he just doesn't have that invisibility he once seemed to have. - I'm a GGG fan by the way!
