    because said organization has two official champions per weight class. boxingscene has no say in anything they don't make the rules in regards to the wba belt.

                No they are not.Not by the RING,ESPN,TRANS or anyone who knows boxing.It may be hard to keep up and i make mistakes somes times(there are so many)but NO there are NOT.Take a poll if people count them regular interim bs as champs ILL BET ITS OVER 80% AT LEAST.
