What matters is his fight night weight. GGG produced a lot of KO's and has a lot of power weighin only 170 on fight night.
If Spence is already on 160+ then he shouldn't have a problem to be 170+ on fight night. He is skinny.
****** logic, fight night weight is just water its not muscle.. i guess gg can easily make 154 then. unless someone actually called his bluff and just decides to stay at 160 forever

There's two ways to cut weight: Cutting actual mass, a lot of the times muscle. This is usually done in the beginning of training camp, and for fighters who are very disciplined and stay in top shape year round, they usually don't have to cut much mass at all.
And then water weight: This is done during the last 48-72 hours before a fight. Usually it's in the range of 8-13 pounds, but sometimes can be a bit more.
SOMEtimes, fighters who really blew up, and aren't disciplined with their diet during training camp, or have a particularly short training camp not allowing time to shed the extra mass, they are actually doing BOTH All the WAY Up till the weigh in - THIS is usually when we see fighters who are extremely weak looking, and it usually takes a toll on fight night.
