Everybody just needs to pump the brakes, and let these things work themselves out. Spence isn't going to avoid anyone, Crawford isn't going to avoid anyone, and I don't think Keith Thurman is going to avoid anyone. We will just have to sit back wait and see. I am right of course, but we'll sit back and wait and see.

Bob Arum will not make that fight

Why can't people see this? Crawford is too quick, slick and has the movement to totally outbox Spence.

there's highlights on YT of the guys defence FFS, I mean, yeah, you could make the argument he's not Mayweather level, but my god there is literally no one else with better defence in the game currently.

I think Loma's defensive is better as is Rigo's but yes Bud is hardly easy to hit.

Lomachenko is an aggressive fighter, and so he neglects defence, Crawford is more sound on the defensive side I'm afraid.

Lomachenko is quicker and has better reflexes though, I'm sure he could be better if he fought that way, but he doesn't and leaves himself open and takes risks.

I will believe him when and if that fight is a done deal. The reason he wouldn't want to make that fight is obvious.Spence is the most dangerous boxer Crawford could fight and a KO loss to Spence could ruin one of his biggest stars.

Arum won't allow Crawford to fight Spence, for the same reason he would not allow Pac to fight Mayweather for almost a decade. Because he isn't going to allow his money-maker to lose to someone who isn't signed with Arum. It is why Arum refused to let Mayweather fight ODLH. Which is why Mayweather left Arum and made close to a billion dollars as his own promoter. Arum really screwed that up.

It is the same old Arum. The same old song and dance. P4p #1 fighter in the world (Spence) is with some guy named Haymon and not TR. So Arum will use his name as much as possible to trick the unknowing into thinking he wants the fight and that the p4p champ doesn't. He will use Spence's name to sell Crawford's fights.

Why did Arum not allow Mayweather to fight ODLH? Why did he lie repeatedly to keep Pac from fighting Mayweather forever? Whatever the reason, the reason is the same why he won't allow Crawford to fight Spence.

Bud lost Arum money on his only ppv. hbo was losing money on Bud and TR. Now Bud can't even headline his own espn card, but has to bring in a 40 year old who hasn't had a good win in years and hasn't had a ko, since Ariza left with his mystery shakes 10 years ago. Arum is simply using Spence's name to sell Crawford fights. That's why. Because Arum doesn't care about the fans one bit (he made Crawford-Postol ppv after all) and he cares more about revenge than he does about making money. He already has more money than he can spend in his few remaining years left in this life. But he never lets grudges go.

Everyone knows this, and this is why Spence is #1 p4p. Because p4p includes level of opposition and willingness to fight the best. Anyone who has watched any boxing over the past three decades know TR doesn't allow their top fighters to fight outside guys. Everyone knows TR has no decent ww after Bud. Bud knew all this and signed with Arum. A fighter wanting to fight the best would not do that.
