Which good fighters did he bulldoze? He barely beat Provod so I don't know why you called that fight out. That was a MD as a matter of fact 115-113 on two cards and a draw. He wasnt a beast against Zab, Alexander, Garcia, Provodnikov, or Postol. Zab, Alexander and Provo were close fights, no matter who you thougt won. He's a good fan friendly fighter but he lost 4 out of the 6 best matches he was in. Only looking like a "straight beast" against Peterson. Fighting on even terms against Provodnikov(W), Zab(L), and Alexander(L). Humbled by Danny.
Last but not least, Postol treated his eye, like Brooks eye. I like Matthy but if he could make 140, thats where he should go. He loses to all the top guys at ww.
He beat provo convincingly it don't matter what the biased cards or cheerleaders were talking about.

And lucas pounded on provo like no one had done before him.

Funny though how you try to call the provo fight close yet don't mentioned how zab quit in a fight most felt he was losing against lucas and alexander got a gift, and in both fights lucas dropped them on therr asss.

I can't say one way or the other because I don't know much about Matthyse's opponent, but I do think Lucas will be the significantly smaller guy when they step in the ring to fight.

Matthysse moved up to weltwerweight last year and this unknown Thai is basically a welterweight his whole career (since 2010). The Thai will be huge compared to Matthysse on fight night ...

Fair enough man, I YouTubed him earlier this week. He’s better technically than I though he would be, but he lacks speed. I think Matthysse will walk him onto a big shot early tbh

Kiram hasn't faced anything resembling world level competition. His jab has pop and he has long arms, but I think he will be too sloppy for a guy like Matthysse who has been around the block. You need a lot of discipline in your defence to control Matthysse's aggression and it's hard to see a guy who's never fought anyone having it. Big dude though. Easily the biggest guy Matthysse will have fought.

Look at Kiram's record, he has only one over the hill name in his glossy resume.

Unless Matthysse body is worn torn I don't expect Kiram to win. Lucas just has more experience at this level

To me it all depends on Kiram being allowed to clinch or not. Lucas can get really tired in the 2nd half of the fight if he spends the 1st half struggling to break a clinch.

If Kiram is the real deal, I would not mind another face at WW. But the fact is he hasn't faced anybody.
