(1) Indongo was Crawford's tenth title fight, so making $2 million isn't all that crazy.

(2) Crawford fought 2 times in 2015 (Durlome, Jean); 3 times in 2016 (Postol & two scrubs; Jon Molina, Hank Lundy); and 2 times in 2017 (Diaz, Indongo).

(3) He'll only fight twice this year, which is why his scrap is in April.

(Just to make a broader point. Crawford sold 12.1k tickets for a fight in Omaha in his tenth title fight against Indongo (all of his fight have been between 10k - 12k there; [12,121], [11,270], [11,020], [11,127], [10,943]. Crawford sold 8k tickets at the Garden against Diaz.

Spence just sold 12.1k tickets at Barclays in his first defense. It wouldn't surprise me to see his purse go up in his next fight.)

We really don't know if Spence's increased activity will hurt someone else. We'll just have to wait and see.

Also you just named a bunch of guys who are "part time" boxers. Only two of the guys you named are trying to stay active (Jacobs, Charlo, and maybe Bathelemy) the rest of those guys aren't trying to fight more. And Danny and Charlo are chasing money at the top of that division, so they're being stalled. Just keep things in context.

And we don't know what any of the "true" sales were for those events. All we can go on is the attendance. No reason to think those Crawford fights are any different. (Regardless of where the fight happened within the state, he still does relatively the same number in attendance in his home territory.)

actually Crawford is fighting 4 7 11. When did he fight last year? 5 then 8 and if he wasn’t waiting for horn he woulda went in December too. Loma will get at least 3 as well.

I think u are underestimating their young champs Valdez Zurdo ramirez Jessie Magdaleno plus Murata Parker ancajas and the guys who should become champs his year in Jose Ramirez, Alex Saucedo, Gvozdyk, Beltran etc. And who got the good Olympians Teofimo Lopez, Shakur Stevenson, Conlan, plus all their eastern euros so they aren’t reliant on 2 guys. The next wave will be here soon.

Meanwhile at pbc u got guys like porter, barthelemy, pedraza, Trout, etc pubicly complaining about their activity. Pbc just needs to cut their roster size in half and they will be fine?

You basically called it. I had s good camp with Bud and the crew so they basically put in a good word but I know as a fighter I have to perform now so I’m not taking anything for granted.

Top Rank on Espn is the best thing in boxing right now and your exposure will increase significantly especially fighting 3x a year. Plus they are the top promoter in the game and the sky is the limit for you if you win. Even their second tier fighters like Mike Alvarado and Ray Beltran fight 3x a year and keep getting big fights. I haven't seen you fight yet but I will be checking you out on Espn, best of luck to you.
