I doubt you're going to see Davis vs Dib in an IBF title eliminator.

The fight I am hearing is being worked on is Dib vs Tevin Farmer for the soon-to-be-vacant IBF super featherweight title.

By way of background, Farmer came up short on the judges' scorecard against Kenichi Ogawa for the vacant world title in December (a fight many people thought he deserved to win) but the Japanese boxer tested positive for synthetic testosterone and is expected to be stripped of the title.

Tank is going to have to take a number or go another route if he wants a crack another at the IBF 130-pound title.

Farmer will be getting his shot sooner than you think.

Dib is one of the worst TV fighters of recent years.

He somehow keeps making it back to this mandatory/contender status so every once in a while he pops up on US screens.

Davis, however, looked downright awful in his last fight. Wouldn't be surprised at all to see a repeat performance here unless he comes in better shape - Dib hustles and it's already tough to look good him. Better get him out of there ASAP, don't want to go round with this guy it's going to be bad TV

Tha champ shouldn't have to fight Billy Dib in any eliminator! why is the IBF doing this?! This should be for the vacant title, this is not fair.

That stretch is what got him this fight? Last quality fighter he faced was 3 years ago when Muira destroyed him. Not a single opponent Dib has faced since then is even in Boxrec top 100 rankings all but 1 are not even in their top 200 rankings. LMAO
