He's actually one of the BEST out there with headgear on??? You should see some of his sparring sesions?? But once he drops that headgear??? He seems to lose ALL confidence in himself???

AB has such insane God-given talent and abilities. If he had half the motivation of a Mayweather or Mosley he would be a sure-fire hall of famer. However, not even Broner can be so skimpy on working out, practicing, and sparring for 25 years and then suddenly dedicate himself and have the skills needed to compete against the elite.

Mayweather was Mayweather in large part because he was practicing and training for boxing since he could walk. Broner is Broner because he is an idiot that thought he could just step into a ring and beat anyone without that dedication and training. I loved Broner just because everyone else hated him, but his lazy azz has even pissed me off. One could overlook Maidana and Porter, they were both top welterweights. But when lil Mikey Garcia moved up and dominated AB, that proved Broner is not an elite boxer. He is a low grade gatekeeper or a high grade journeyman. It is what it is.

At least Broner is willing to fight guys. I didnt pick him to beat the best but I appreciate him trying.
At least hes not Khan, being at ww for damn near five years and fighting no one. Plus this is a 50-50 fight on paper. Fig hasnt did anything but I pick him to edge AB because I like his body work.
