#2 - You don't know whether Hearn made a clean offer. He says publicly it was $3 million plus US TV. He could be lying. There could have been options attached. There could have been a rematch clause. There could be all sorts of things poisoning the offer that we're not aware of.

#3 - You don't know what Wilder normally makes for his fights because his deals are structured in a way to minimize his exposure to taxes and sanctioning fees. So you can't just look at what's listed with the commission, because that doesn't reflect his true compensation.
