Prime Pac (2010 and pre-2010) is definitely faster, but I think there would be a real argument with the Pac of more recent times.

I see what you're saying. Maybe the way his opponents stay there allows Spence to fire his combination quicker. I think there is some truth to that, but I suspect Spence will still be pretty fast if there is a moving target, although it could make his accuracy drop.
Crawford doesn't look that fast even when he has an opponent right in front of him.
Look at his fight with Jean and Diaz. Crawford wasn't throwing fast combos like Spence is.
And I think Crawford has pretty good speed.
Spence is probably faster than some may think and that could surprise people.
I completely agree with everything here. Just to add a bit; I think the body shots freeze guys up and his punch variety allows him to take advantage of the guard position, so he fires freely. He has about 3 or 4 combos he goes to constantly depending on the positioning of the other guys hands. I picked up on it watching the Bundu fight, then went to check his tape. All his work is set up with those body shots.

If you are from the UK then you might not be aware of how racists American fans are. Only in America will they root for the foreign fighter instead of the Home country fighter. They would rather see Lomachenko, lil g, Kovalev on top if it was up to them.

Spence is very exciting to watch, is ready to fight and let's his hands go so they can't use that he is "Boring" Floyd excuse they love. They still would root for the foreign fighter over him. Period. But Yanks as you put it are racists as shyt.

Spence is basically in the same situation GGG was before but he is a lot younger so them dudes will have to fight him while he is at his peak.

I believe a guy like Thurman can give him problems. Thurman is mobile and has power. I think Thurman could build a lead early and survive the eventual Spence rally late.

Spence fought a really good fight. The stab punch to the body. The timely uppercuts. His consistent body attack. The accuracy. Peterson had no answers from the opening bell. And still there was no quit in him until his trainer told him he had enough. This was a classic beat down of a good fighter. If any one in the division think they can beat this young man make the call so we can see if they can actually do it.

You need to get rid of AL. His not making the matches with Thurman, Garcia, Porter. You risk fighting only once a year again or fighting x-champs that should have retired years ago.

                  Yes!
Spence has some of the best body work in boxing. And he constantly throws them and varies his body work, as well as his other work.
Spence is special. I can see it.

He has that "It" factor. If Spence can clean up 147 he'll end up with one of the best Welterweight resume's ever.

What you should be saying is Haymon please keep them killers away from UK domestic fighters because your best fighters would destroy our best fighters.
