Kalle Sauerland said in an interview that he sent out offers to Ramirez, Ramirez declined.

I think it was an interview with either ifltv or behindthegloves. I'm sure it's still out there on youtube.

don't think grand pa arum would allow it,he prevented him for entering the wbss tournament supposedly, i don't think he'll allow him travel to a place he has no power over
