The last rounds were close??? Are you sure? , Iv'e seen the fight several times, and the later rounds were not close. Toward the end Paulie held Cotto's arm obsessively and did not do much, especially in round 11, and 12 in which Paulie did absolutely nothing.

Damn, I cant wait until Cotto messes up Hattons face too. He always gets cut and bruised.

Yeah, I don't see how anyone can say the last two rounds of the fight were close. Paulie was either clinching on for dear life, or getting absolutely drilled with left hooks.

Either way he lost and looked beaten. I never expected him to beat Cotto but he did give a good effort out there from what I've heard.

Then dont read what I have to say... im not forcing you. But once again, the fact remains that Paulie fell off near the end. And the point im making is that, had he held a reasonable amount of pressure he may have won the fight.

Really, it doesnt need to be repeated this many times. It was a simple observation, and my opinion of the fight based on the reports I have read...

              Now get off my ****.

Paulie definately made a name for himself that fight, because if he got Knocked out everyone would have cut him off and he would have been just the bum cotto beat but I think Paulie actually has a chance after more experience at winning a belt. He's definately a tough kid and if he continues to fight one that will be known from that point on.
