that would mean the fight was pretty close after the 10th, this is true, even if you go by ur scorecard. That would be it was 6-4 going into the 11, and in my scorecard i had Paulie with 5 rds after the 10th as did one of the judges. cotto just won the championship rds, and even they were close

Everyone did... The only people that paid for Cotto Malignaggi are Puerto Rican Cotto fans and a few Italians from the bronks. Malignaggi wasn't supposed to put up a fight, hence the 5:1 odds...

Why would a 5:1 odds fight even be a PPV, let alone 2 youngs guys, one of which wasn't at the time even a contender. Luckily I hear the fights were decent apart from the Camacho Jr. fight.

Excuse me? What are you talking about?

Are you one of the PR nuthuggers that gave Collazo the win by three ****ing rounds?

ABSOLUTELY NOT! i have collazo winning by 2 rounds! its ABSURD to have him up by 3.

who the hell told you i'm PR?

i resent the term nuthugger as it cannot be applied to me, i stay above that mindless reproach.

                now apologize.

My statement remains. If he had pressed the final rounds, then he may have won a close decision.

8-4 with Cotto winning the final rounds. 6-6 with Malignaggi winning the final rounds. Hence "close decision" or more likely, a draw.

if kerry could have traveled to ohio and rubbed elbows w/ some farmers, he could have won the presidency

if ralph nader had never been born, green party sissies would have voted ********

i don't think anybody is listening

Uhm, I actually saw the fight, and first the first 9 rounds the fight was very, very, very close. I actually had the Paulie and Cotto EVEN the fight going after the 9th round. And I was expecting Paulie not to last 5 rounds... he impressed the **** out of me with that performance.

Anyway, how I scored the fight:
                      Round 1 - 10-9 Cotto
                      Round 2 - 10-8 Cotto
                      Round 3 - 10-9 Paulie
                      Round 4 - 10-9 Paulie
                      Round 5 - 10-9 Paulie
                      Round 6 - 10-9 Cotto
                      Round 7 - 10-9 Cotto
                      Round 8 - 10-9 Paulie
                      Round 9 - 10-9 Paulie
                      Round 10 - 10-9 Cotto
                      Round 11 - 10-9 Cotto
                      Round 12 - 10-9 Cotto
                      Total: 115-112

Cotto was discouraged and frustrated during the middle rounds of the fight... Malignaggi was landing beautiful 6-7 punch combinations on cotto's face, and was actually the AGGRESSOR for a lot of the fight.

During the 10th Round, Cotto drilled Malignaggi with a vicious left hook (a lot harder than the one he knocked him down with), and really hurt Paulie, which caused him to clinch and survive the last 2 rounds
