That was not possible as Cotto dominated the fight and won 8-4, Cotto was the better fighter, that was obvious.
that would mean the fight was pretty close after the 10th, this is true, even if you go by ur scorecard. That would be it was 6-4 going into the 11, and in my scorecard i had Paulie with 5 rds after the 10th as did one of the judges. cotto just won the championship rds, and even they were close
No matter he was lumped the **** up.He showed me something though he is very tough.......Cotto simply battered him most of the evening.......I only caught the last 4 rounds or so due to the Tarver/Hopkins fight though.
FOOL! you picked the tarver fight over the cotto fight

Everyone did... The only people that paid for Cotto Malignaggi are Puerto Rican Cotto fans and a few Italians from the bronks. Malignaggi wasn't supposed to put up a fight, hence the 5:1 odds...
Why would a 5:1 odds fight even be a PPV, let alone 2 youngs guys, one of which wasn't at the time even a contender. Luckily I hear the fights were decent apart from the Camacho Jr. fight.
Uhm, I actually saw the fight, and first the first 9 rounds the fight was very, very, very close. I actually had the Paulie and Cotto EVEN the fight going after the 9th round. And I was expecting Paulie not to last 5 rounds... he impressed the **** out of me with that performance.
Cotto was discouraged and frustrated during the middle rounds of the fight... Malignaggi was landing beautiful 6-7 punch combinations on cotto's face, and was actually the AGGRESSOR for a lot of the fight.
During the 10th Round, Cotto drilled Malignaggi with a vicious left hook (a lot harder than the one he knocked him down with), and really hurt Paulie, which caused him to clinch and survive the last 2 rounds
