Plus he talks well, talks sense and is my favourite type of personality in the sport. Humble but with an edge to him.
I as well was skeptical for years on him..and still say his defense needs work..stop coming to me with this racial ****

In the most respectable way possible. Do you think favouring only black American fighters stops you from seeing things from an unbiased perspective?
Yeah there's no consistency to the styles or personalities of the fighters he cheers on but they all have one thing in common.

That's because he is the best welterweight in the world. He is a smart boxer, a great puncher and takes hard punches with ease if need be. He has a great work rate of about 70 hard punches a round. He is a patient but fearless and relentless killer in the ring. He knows how to set his opponents up for his bombs to the head and body. He improves with every fight. I don't think any welterweight can last the full 12 rounds with Spence. No wonder the top welterweights don't want to fight him.

remember when larry started the no one has gone the distance with ggg in 9 years thread? oh wait no ggg hadn't fought anyone even though he beat like 8 top 10 guys and 3 or 4 in the top 5. ggg was overrated, knock outs were overated, knock outs were easy cause his competition was weak. wilder and spence arrive and larry is a changed man. knock outs for everyone!!! resume....well if ggg's was crap these guys surely must be crap...NOPE HE'S AMAZING.

this is why no one takes you seriously larry. your bias is so apparent. spence is an awesome fighter. ggg is an awesome fighter. both guys come to fight, don't clinch or cheat and are willing to fight anyone in their division yet you made up some insanely nitpicky high standards to bash ggg for years saying he had to prove himself hmmm and now you love a guy for the very same reasons that you bashed ggg. a guy that is much less accomplished so it makes no sense.

wouldnt it just be easier for you so you didnt have to constantly tie your brain in knots with these mental gymastics to stick with the same standards so you dont contradict yourself nonstop? your credibility takes a hit when the things you said for years arent really important to you.

I've watched every fight Spence has had. Two things stick out to me, his punch placement has improved, and it seems he has gotten stronger so he is hitting just that much harder.

Spence toys with "One Time". That's easy work for him. Crawford will be the true test for him at 147

Makes sense since he is probably one of the best at sticking with his game plan of attacking the body.
