Dude , you usually have very good posts but Gatti is not a B level fighter. He is actually a very skilled boxer and win or lose brings fans to the seats. I would consider him the A class he just went a little nuts in the past. I actually think some of his fights he allows his opponent to hit him just to get a rise out of the fans.
post of the muutha****en day. i've gotta put this in my sig now, when i learn how to do that .... dude look at what i'm about to type, gatti never was, is or will be anything CLOSE to an A level fighter, and don't dispute me - you'll end up looking foolish, actually, i feel like you owe everyone an apology.

do you realize when you say gatti was an A level fighter, that hes now on par with the likes of DLH, mayweather, tito, ali, duran, me, tzuyu, bhops and lewis? when i put it like that, does it make more sense now?

Let me rephrase that. Maybe i got a little carried away, just alot guys dissing Gatti on this site. He is about a B+ fighter who can hang with A level guys. BUT HAD HE BEEN WITH BUDDY MCGIRT since the beginning he could have been one of the best. He plays to the crowd , they like to see him hit and hit back. This takes away from his true skills as a fighter. He's old school so Dont even be saying he is C level...thats bull****. He's at the top but after the Manfredy loss his career turned into that of just a crowd pleasing brawler who filled seats everynight BUT like I said he had the potential from the beginning. B+ is what I'd rate him but you cant argue that he has very good skill who can beat some of the top guys.

i can dig what you're saying, and although, i think its a little overboard can respect it, but he's never beaten a top guy and i doubt that he retire doing so.

gatti is pure excitement - just not an A class guy.

Mcgirt changed his style. Vastly improved boxing skills that were already there from the beginning. Just refined them. SOme of his earlier fights proved that he had very good skills as boxer and had he stuck to that he could have competed at the TOP LEVEL and perhaps even held on to his lightweight belt. After the Manfredy loss, he turned into a action fighter who seemed intent on pleasing the crowds win or lose. He went on a rampage fighting in brawls and win or lose , i dont think gatti cared as long as he brought fans to watch him fight. After Mcgirt came in ...he changed his style back to being a boxer more focused but a little too late. Just tired of people writing him off because he had the potentia.
