Of course, if he takes on Mikey or Linares, he will be cashing out so I can understand that. Maybe he should make a unification match up before he gets beat by a non-title holder (should've already) and holds no cards whatsoever.

Lets not forget Fortuna has never even fought at 135 before. Hes used to yetting hit by smaller guys. And Sosa beat him who Loma schooled.

Easter has the talent to fight, but he seems to be bogged down by Broners nonsense. I just rewatched easter vs commey for the vacant world title and that was probs one of the best fights ive ever seen! easter really tried to win, if that easter comes through he will be a good champ.

He lost (in my eyes) to Fortuna. A former featherweight who missed lightweight limit probably because he did not train properly.

Might as well get that loss from a fight that will pay him the most. No sense fighting no bodies that can beat him. This is the 2nd fight he could of lost. And this one was a boderline robbery.

I thought he lost by a point last night, and also lost to Shafikov, although to be fair, he was fighting a weight cheat last night. Fortuna didn't really even try to make 135. That pound and a half makes a big difference if you aren't draining all the way down to make the weight. I'd favor Garcia over Easter. Hard to tell where Linares is at, as Linares has been fighting Euro level opposition over the last few years. I'd favor Lomachenko over Easter as well.

little fortuna moving up in weight still gave Easter hell. even with the point deduction i think fortuna won that fight. if mikey connects like that, lights out on Easter. use the height and reach kid.
