Maybe he should take BA 101--JOshua is bringing you money, wilder will get paid the most in his life even if it was 60/40 or something.

It's just a perfect way for this fight not to happen

I wish boxing was more popular so it wouldn't be such a high school popularity contest.

Oh, the Jacksonville Jaguars aren't going to play this week because the New York Giants are more popular.

    ****ing ****** ass business.

Wilder trying to make the most money possible just in case he lose

50/50 is never going to happen unless AJ loses to Parker, then Wilder fights Parker and beat him and Unify and then AJ wants a shot. That is the only way he gets 50/50. Beating Ortiz is not going to justify 50/50

The better question would be why he's suddenly become interested in superfights unlike when Fury and Klitschko were still around.
Or why is he asking for 50/50 from a guy who fought and beat Klitch, the guy he avoided for 2 years?
        He's basically shameless.

Wilder Can ask as much as he wants. That is the beauty of life. Does not mean he will get anything close to it.

But the NFl players and coaches get paid the same contracts regardless of the teams popularity. Except in cases where NY giants and cowboys have deep enough pockets to pay their starting quarter back insane money---BECAUSE THEIR FRANCHISE IS MORE POPULAR

Boxing is a WHOLE other beast with PPV splits...It's a sad reality but a reality none the less

Stadiums don't mean ****, when you can get $20m (basically double the gate at Wembley) without much issue. [Note that Joshua's ringside seats for big fights are priced more aggressively than Alvarez-ChavezJr]

Also interesting to remember that you can match the Joshua-Klitschko take on Sky Box Office with basically 500k PPV buys in the US.

50/50 may not be the right value, but it's not all that far off.

Because he knows Hearn will ask for 70/30 and they'll meet in the middle at 60/40.
