Comments Thread For: Spence-Peterson Undercard Results From Barclays Center

NEW YORK Anthony Peterson pounded out a 10-round, unanimous-decision win against Luis Florez on his older brother's undercard Saturday night at Barclays Center. Peterson repeatedly went to Florez's body and remained in control throughout the mostly uneventful fight. He made Florez retreat after landing several hard body shots late in the ninth round, but the durable Florez was able to finish all 10 rounds on the non-televised portion of the Errol Spence Jr.-Lamont Peterson undercard.

Stop trying to act like Dan Raphael. Time zones can make fight times confusing and people are often very ambigious about the start time.

ESPN likes to think everyone lives on the east coast--They just now started updating sport times to the actually time
zone you are in, not just what time something starts eastern time.

Yes it does depends on how fast the undercard goes. If they want to market the sport properly, they need to be more transparent about fight times.

Yes, casuals are interested in the main event. The early undercards for the fight are complete trash and there are like 20 of them

Showtime program starts airing at 9pm (ET) with two fights. First is Fortuna-Easter, so i'd expect Spence-Peterson to start between 10:00 and 10:30.

It's on showtime and the earlier prelims are not being televised on showtime--Another annoying thing boxing does is never showing the full card on prime networks....

It officially will start at 6pm pacific s time

Usually between 10:30 PM and 11:15 PM Eastern Time. You never really know for sure, but that's usually the window for a non-PPV card.
