Nothing to 'regret'. If Crawford comes short at 147 then it just means he wasn't quite good enough but at least he tested himself instead of staying at 140. Horn isn't gonna be the one to do it though, I thought he lost clearly to an old pacquiao and I have no idea what others saw in that fight.
