It's crazy how a bad decision by the judges changes everyone's perception. Obviously, Pacquiao has declined tremendously, but any serious boxing fan knows that he clearly beat Horn and almost stopped him. The fights before that he totally dominated Vargas and Bradley.

I think Pac would be a huge problem for Loma at 140 even at this point. Pac to me is the GOAT if you go by accomplishments - nobody has been that undersized and done more in the history of boxing.

I'd actually prefer if Loma just fought Mikey at 135.
