I personally think amateur career should be considered.
Rigo goes by amateur accomplishment.
But as a pro with 18 fights? Not even borderline.

Obviously Rigondeaux’s professional career makes him nowhere near a HOF caliber fighter. But if Papp got in, why not Rigo? Nothing else to say, really.
