Brook quit against Spence. He wanted to keep fighting against Golovkin.
Round 10 says otherwise. The fact is the worst version of Brook in his entire career lasted 11 rounda with Spence. The best version of Brook got taken out of 6 rounds by Golvokin. You tell me who is really overhyped.

If we’re being honest, the fight was neck and neck... close as you’ll get them

Shame Brook has some strange eye socket issues. Never seen it happen to a fighter in back to back fights

          He’s not giving Golovkin credit

He’s saying Golovkin exposed an issue that Brook has, which was ultimately the deciding factor in the Spence fight, which was pretty close up until it was stopped

I wouldn’t be surprised if Brook lost his next fight due to eye socket issues...

It was a close fight, Brook was looking good. They're both good fighters.

Crazy how both of his eyes have went in straight fights. I'm pretty certain it will happen again before he hangs them up.

Give me your reasons why you think that was the worst version of Brook. I don't have to ask why you think the version that Golovkin fought was the best version.

All I know is a WW landed hard shots on Golovkin. Now all of a sudden everyone is doing it and he turned old over night.

He had eye surgery before this particular fight. He ballooned up in weight and had to come down to it's limit. This was the only fight in his career against Spence that Brook had to do those things. He was Poor and Rusty in those first couple of rounds, but then it was still even going into round 8.When they eye flamed up and got broken up again along with the physiological issues. This was a unique fight for Brook. If Brook had faced Spence instead of GGG in September 2016 which he was supposed to do,given Errol was his mandatory then. This would have been a whole different story.

The fight wasn't that close. Brooke look good in the first 5 rounds but it was clear that Spence was fighting with 12 rounds in mind. He was working the body throughout which were evidently the effective punches.

                    scores through ten rounds

                    adalaide byrd 97-92 spence
                    dave parris 95-94 spence
                    alejandro lopez 96-93 spence

spence was on his way to a clear points win. he was gaining steam as the fight went on while brook was folding under pressure. spence defense is not that great but he has a tremendous gas tank and a robotic determination to wear you down. brook couldn't take it. even with both eyes healthy he was gonna lose UD. spence style is like a snow plow hes gonna run through you no matter how much resistance.

He also says that he was allegedly ill during the Spence camp which collectively contributed to him waving the white flag and quitting mid-fight, believing that he could still beat Spence in a rematch with a stable, uninterrupted camp.

Brooks hard to impress as brook is very good.
