He's not at all on drugs -- by his appearance in this video it would seem pretty clear he is intoxicated on alcohol
incredibly doubtful. Mike is a recovering alcoholic, and a well known recovering alcoholic at that. His son would NOT be beside him happy to be with him if Mike were Drunk, he would look depressed to see his father in that state.
Mike is just Mike, and his son looks happy to be with him.
