I think it’s good that Pacquiao doesn’t get to fight Lomachenko in April, because I think Loma would have a very good chance of beating him at any weight. Therefore, Arum is picking Pacquiao to fight the winner of the Horn-Crawford fight. PAC has notthing to prove and needs to pack it up.

I mean, he offered Broner the fight. Danny Garcia. They're the ones who ducked Pacquiao, it's not on Arum. He definitely prefers in-house fights, but he's not as strict about it as Haymon. Haymon hasn't really put a single one of his name fighters in a big fight against a boxer with another promoter. As I said, his guys like Broner and DSG both turned down the opportunity, which means Haymon probably advised them to do that. Haymon is the worst when it comes to this, GBP and Top Rank are in the middle, and K2, Main Events, etc, are the best, probably because they are smaller promotional outfits.
