Sorry Mundine, but this isn't Arum's first rodeo. The only way Horn got a fight against Pac was for him to sign with Arum for his next fight. The only way Horn got a decision over Pac, was with Arum telling the judges it is okay. The only way Horn got and won a fight against Pac is for him to give up his rights for this next fight. The only way Crawford got a mandatory title fight at ww, despite never fighting at that weight is because of Arum.

Horn only has a title so he can lose it to Crawford. Now if Horn signed a longer term deal with TR he could fight Mundine next and then lose to Bud. But as it sits now, Arum has all the control and the only way Horn fights Mundine next is with Arum's blessing or by vacating his title.
