He's fought 1 time since 2015, where he won a UD against a low level fighter. He is clearly not invested in the sport anymore, it won't be a good fight at all.

Andy Lee with katie taylor as a co-feature will probably bring in a good irish crowd.

Still a relatively lame and meaningless main event. Would prefer Andrade, Derevyanchenko or Murata.

Andrade is his good friend, Derevyanchenko is PBC/Showtime, and Jacobs is now with HBO. Murata is with Top Rank/ESPN. Jacobs had to know all this before he went with Hearn/HBO. I think Jacobs put all his faith in Hearn/HBO getting him Canelo or GGG!

A lot of people wrote Andy Lee off after the Chavez loss and said he was washed up. He dropped down to 154 and viciously KOd John Jackson worse than Charlo did and low and behold he won the middleweight belt from Korobov who obliterated Danny Jacobs in the amateurs. Lee had good scrap withs with Quillin and BJ Saunders too. This is a real fight for Jacobs.
