It is obvious they got an agreement to make the fight in the end of the year. Till then, let's build the fight. Joshua gets the last belt, because he has the money, and Povetkin while Wilder builds his name fighting the avoided guy and Miller or Whyte to raise his profile wherever the fight will take place. I totally disagree with AJ, I don't think hands on heart that he wanted that fight next. Nor do i think they sent Hearn out there to negotiate for that fight to happen next, However i really didn't think Wilder wanted that fight next neither after consulting with his team, AJ's reasons are more to do with NOT being ready IMHO and Wilder reasons are more to do with "Lets maximise the financial" aspect of this fight by hyping it and doing it later down the road.

But thats just my honest opinion on how i see it.
