He was being protected coming up as a prospect. It has happened in boxing before him. He’s ready for the big fights now.

ReggieKing, watch your mouth or we can take this outside if you still have an issue?

In real life, I'd make you stand in front of the US flag and recite the national anthem loudly with your hand on your heart.

Isn't Ortiz the one who confronted Wilder by leaning out of the ring and talking to him?

The other example you are going to set is not ducking Ortiz like some other guy did when he was the WBA # 1 contender

No. Ortiz is not Stiverne. He could pretty much put Windy where he belongs....the dumpster.

Please. Steamroll? You are being facetious aren't you? He will be lucky to get out of there alive. Windy believes his own hype as does those that think he's good because of his KO power. He is the worst US HW in a long long time.

I guess the Stiverne II fight and fighting in NYC is starting to pay dividends. I hope he gets another savage KO, which should be out there against Ortiz. Maybe there's more potential for Wilder in the US market afterall.
I've spent a lot of time in Russia. I believe they think you are the casual so they were more than likely spoofing you. They are generally a lot smarter than most Americans think they are and that is a big mistake, especially when it comes to combat sports. They have the world class poker face and will not let on what they know. If you have never spent a lot of time with Eastern Europeans then you would more than likely disagree with me.

Wilder interviews are funny lol I can see him appearing on WWE with the way he talks up a fight.
