What "evidence" is there Pacquaio is on roids?

Besides the fact that he initially refused to allow Floyd to make demands not specified within the boxing commission and do something outside of the set rules, what other "evidence/facts" is there that Pacquiao was using steroids?

What other evidence do you need? It's pro sports. Millions at stake. People are going to do whatever they can get away with and the few clean fighters are going to insist on extra drug testing as commission testing is merely an IQ test.

Keep in mind also that Pacquiao primarily fights for the WBO, which still doesn't do drug testing. During his biggest years, he was doing the fewest possible amount of drug testing.

The public didn't really understand this stuff back when Floyd was demanding random urine & blood and the media painted Floyd as the villain due to the media being in Arum's back pocket, but as we stand here in 2018, knowing what we know, it should be very clear the true reason Pacquiao refused to fight Floyd with Olympic style drug testing until he'd already lost two more times and had nothing to lose by cashing out.

Who did Manny fight that was much bigger that he walked right through their punches. (He survived against Margarito and beat him up, and it took away his prime)

But back to your comment, was Cotto such a knock out artist though that Manny (who's fight night weight is probably 147/48) shouldn't be able to take/handle? Manny DOES have a chin.
Cotto wasn't knocking out Judah, Gomez, Mosely, Margarito, Clottey, heck he didn't even knock out Paulie at 140.

I just don't really get how "he was able to take Cotto's punches" as evidence he was on roids (unless it has been proven that roids give you and iron body/chin-if so I'd love to see it)

I dont think him taking cottos punches is evidence of him being on steroids. Just the way he was moving up these divisions so fast and running through everyone. I dont think anyones ever really done that the way he did it. Im a fan of manny, but i think he was doing something around 2007-2010 .

he had like zero power drop off and seemed to not even be effected my moving up in weight and fighting bigger opponents. He was also moving up pretty quickly and not even taking time to actually get bigger which could mean he was using peds to gain lean muscle instead of putting on extra fat

If you read my posts you would see I said Arum said that. He was speaking on Manny's behalf.

If you want to play that bullcrap. There is no actual proof of any negotiations, cut-offs or anything from Manny. So I guess it never existed right? He has people constantly speaking on his behalf and has people expressing his wishes to the public. These are AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL. Arum, Konzc, Freddy are the usual suspects.

How about adding in Manny attempting to cheat with Toradol.


His personal physician said he was at full strength going into the Mayweather fight.

Then the same personal physician beings the process of shooting him up with Toradol. The same drug that pro football players say makes them feel like they can run through a brick wall and not feel it. The same drug that numbs your ENTIRE BODY, not just a local drug.

The doctor pulls it out and gets ready to shoot him up (no ****), NSAC steps in and stops it. Two NSAC doctors check out Manny and determine that he is fine. The doctor who was attempting to shoot him up say he doesn't need the shot (what kind of doctor shoots a boxer up with toradol and at the same time admits it's not needed?). Some within WADA believe that Toradol is a performance enhancing drug, though it is not illegal under NSAC rules unless it is being taken without proof of an injury. And we know that not only was there no proof, but Manny and his doctor both went on record saying he was fine.

An attempt to cheat is not proof, but if you are going to weigh all the evidence that he may have, add that into your list.
