Comments Thread For: Joshua: Parker Has No Ring Generalship - I'll Smash His Body!

IBF, IBO, WBA heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua (20-0, 20 KOs) has discovered quite a few flaws about his upcoming opponent, WBO champion Joseph Parker (24-0, 18 KOs). The two fighters finalized a deal to collide in a high stakes unification on March 31 at Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales. The fight will be carried by Showtime and Sky Sports Box Office.

Body shots then a nice uppercut like you did to Wlad! Wlads head almost went out the stadium when that connected. War AJ

      All good...

While AJ is looking for the body shots, Oilskin can go head hunting.

Lets see how many shots it'll take to crack the glass chinned robot...

      Not many is my guess!

How did Parker get a reputation for a good chin?
He hasn't fought against a puncher yet Joshua has been able to land on every opponent yet.
Against tall guys who can apply his reach like klitschko he was able to time him with good 1,2s and bullrush him in the 11th round.
The only real problem to land consistently was against takam who used footwork and upperbody movement .

Parker doesn't seem to be the guy to use slick defensive moves.

He's Samoan so its part genetics, but mostly it's the fact no one has put him down yet...EVER!!!!

And I don't think AJ could catch up to Hughie either, let alone prime Tyson after the bamboozling he gave Wlad.

AJ is gonna find oilskin is a far different cry from the 42 yr old inactive former champ who almost cleaned his clock but for lacking the stamina to finish the job when he had the chance.

Never been in trouble as a teenager fighting the top amateurs taken big right hands from Klit in sparring and his stablemate Izu who is a big hitter. We will find out for sure but my money would be on him being one of if not the best chins in the division. Some people just take the punishment

Remember that Kevin Johnson was also never down, not even against Vitali till he fought Joshua who got rid of him fast. Joshua is a beast!

Completely forgot about this fight! You make a good point, hopefully Parker sticks around for few rounds but I think AJ will have him out of there in 3.

So, after all the talk about the glass jaw, now it’s a KO to the body, has he not noticed that AJ is made of granite from the neck down?!

A beast with a glass jaw!

No doubt he can give a good shot, but he can't take one as well as oilskin can.

To be sure, Parker will eat one flush though what happens next is anybody's guess.

It'll either awaken the beast in himself or send him inside his shell...
