Cash cows get way different treatment. Just look at Floyd. It doesn't matter how many times you are tested if the tests go nowhere.
I'm not saying AJ is on anything, but to say that because he's tested all the time means that he is clean is a little naive. He makes massive money, and money means everything.
Tested by UKAD who are a compete shambles. No testing at all would be better than UKAD testing.
