Shooting a bit far Khan. Unfortunately, there's no cure for a weak chin.

I don't see him beating any of the top welter's except maybe Horn if he can stay on the outside and use that blistering speed and combination punching.

Even Horn would be a difficult assignment for him as he likes to jump in and out of range and fight rough.
