There's no boxing gyms within 20 miles where I live I don't drive and haven't got the facilities to put up a bag at home. Plus I'm having issues with social anxiety keeping quite solitary at the moment a busy gyms not my cup of tea at this time

just buy a bag and a bag stand from everlast total is like 100 bucks or so. then you have a punching bag at the hosue that takes up less than 4x4 feet
