I would have to question that

Golovkin has been with Sanchez forever..... still no head movement..... still gets hit with every opponents best punch..... does not seem to have evolved as a fighter..... and has not shown continual development/improvement, like Canelo has

also, little/no adjustments in the fight, just more of the same

I think that team will be caught short and found wanting in the rematch..... with Canelo lifting his game/performance with increased confidence and a more tailored game-plan now that he knows what to expect..... and with Golovkin doing exactly the same thing

also..... I know you guys just hate it when I say this..... but, Canelo will be better at the weight as his body/camp adjusts to 160, and his stamina should improve accordingly..... especially if he was killing himself to make 154, like you guys say

Well it should be interesting. Few people expected Golovkin to win a decision because in Vegas fights are fixed, but in my observation and the majority of onlookers that's what happened. I predicted that Canelo couldn't outbox Golovkin.

Very true, canelo has shown something different each fight, now is the time to show he has improved stamina

that is EXACTLY what he did

no idea how/why you guys say some of the things you say

and yet..... yesterday, you were wondering why Golovkin could not target the body..... cut off the ring effectively..... or punish Canelo on the ropes lol

No. That's not accurate. I ever said Golovkin couldn't cut off the ring effectively. I never said Golovkin didn't punish Canelo on the ropes. I did say he neglected to punch to the body. I also said Golovkin took power off when he had him on the ropes to pile up scoring punches and at the same time limit Canelo's counterpunching. It was obvious what was happening and I was surprised his corner didn't pick up on it. I also said Canelo lost the fight on the ropes. Canelo did not out box Golovkin. The reason people are saying these things is because that's what happened.

the expectations on Golovkin were obvious

Golovkin is a pressure fighter..... his plan was to pressure his opponent, and break him down over the course of the fight..... by cutting off the ring, forcing his opponent to the ropes, and unleashing that unrelenting body attack

well..... NONE of that happened..... Golovkin was effective in spots, but he was wildly ineffective in larger spots..... Canelo negated Golovkin's effectiveness by outboxing him

Canelo is a boxer/puncher..... his plan was to make his opponent miss, and then make his opponent pay

well..... Golovkin missed wildly all night long, and Canelo landed the better punches..... he had Golovkin following him around like a lost puppy

the leveler is that Golovkin's jab was effective, and Canelo did not manage to get his body attack going either

not sure what fight you were watching..... but little/nothing went according to gameplan for Golovkin, he was supposed to break Canelo

the two feared middleweight punchers are now called LeMiss, and MissKin

Fighters have styles yes. A judge shouldn't look at past performances and fighters styles. They have to look at the fight and block that out. Its what happens in the ring that's important. I'm always a bit skeptical when hear someone say a fighter lost because he couldn't impose his style on the other guy. That's a poor way to judge a fight.
