    Its Big Fight Time!!!!!

No one's really talking about it but this is one of the best boxing times in history or atleast in a long time.

By best I mean when was the last time you remember all these big fights? The Chico-Castillo fight set us back but atleast they still gave us 2 good ones.

But my point is, think about all the top fighters. Pretty much all of them have just come off big fights or have big fights coming up right now. For the 1st time in a long time, all the big names want to fight eacother. We have been on a great run recently and a great run is coming up.

Cotto will definatly fight a big name next, most likely Oscar-Floyd will happened, Castillo & Chico will probally face a big name in there next fight, Hatton may fight Cotto but even if he fights Urkal then he will still have a big time fight after that because at the least, his mandatory will be Julio, and we have Winky-Taylor next week.

We are coming off of great fights like Cotto-Paulie, Hopkins-Tarver, Hopkins-Taylor twice, Winky-Tito, MAB-Rocky, Pac-EM, Calzaghe-Lacy, and so many more.

For a long time we were going through stretches where there were only big fights every once in awhile and the majority of the time the top guys found excuses not to face eachother. Now its happening so much that it doesnt even seem like big fights anymore. It seems like its just a regular fight and thats a good thing.

This is how you seperate the good from the very good and its also like going back to the old days where it was ok to have a couple of losses because you knew you were fighting the best and someone has to lose.

I COULDN'T HAVE PUT IT ANY BETTER. EVEN THOUGH THERE HAVE BEEN ONE OR TWO BAD DESICIONS. I HOPE IT STAYS AS EXCITING AS IT IS.I THINK THAT'S THE KIND OF THING THAT TAINTED ROY JONES CAREER TO ME. DURING BOXING'S WEAK PERIOD WHEN HE WAS ON TOP HE WAS VERY SELECTIVE OF WHO HE FOUGHT SO ALOT TIMES WE WERE JUST PAYING FOR THE BIG NAMES, AND NOT THE BIG FIGHTS. I'M HAPPY TO BE ALIVE TO WITNESS THIS INCREDIBLE TIME IN BOXING!!!!!
