devon is a case of one of thsoe guys who get overrated early in his career and as a result underrated once the initial hype is exposed.

he is not a great fighter, but he is a good, solid fighter. good boxer, very good chin, good stamina and enough skills and power to put a dent in him when Ortiz comes in wildly.

he will pick Ortiz apart and take him out around the halfway point.
