so..... you were unaware that Canelo weighed 150 at welter?

and..... you were unaware that Canelo won the WBO jmw title AT 154 by beating Liam Smith about a year ago

and..... you were unaware that Reynoso explained exactly why they are weight-diva's on MULTIPLE occasions

and..... despite not knowing those basic, ESSENTIAL facts, you ran around calling Canelo a middleweight?

and..... you think Pacquiao beat Mayweather

and..... you think Golovkin out-boxed Canelo

    dear god SMH

go on, make the cycle complete..... tell us how it was Mayweather's fault when Pacquiao killed a super-fight by inexplicably refusing random blood tests..... I dare ya

you are an absolute excuse-making casual fan

If you think Canelo outboxed Golovkin then you delusional. As far as my unawareness goes because I didn't respond to you doesn't mean anything. Yes I knew Canelo fought Liam Smith at 154. And what the hell does Canelo's weight at welter have to do with his fighting in the JM and Middleweight divisions and I might add the SM division. It's simple but apparently you can't figure out how Canelo has hoodwinked the casual fans by playing a weight game. Its obvious Canelo is a middleweight. Look at his body. His wrists, neck, torso arms are the size of a typical Middleweight. He looks ripped at middleweight. His punch resistance is good. Why the hell do you think he doesn't allow his fighting weights to be made public. His main issue is he's short but he has the physique of a middleweight. The fact that he fought over the JM limit numerous times should clue you in but as you admitted in another response to me "You see what you want to see" Your a hopeless Canelo fanboy. You also inadvertantly admitted you don't know how to score a fight when you talked about imposing styles as a scoring criteria. It's laughable how you can be do clueless about the fundamentals of boxing and then have the nerve to call others casuals.

did Canelo run around for FIVE YEARS saying that he can beat "anyone from 154-168"..... but then kill THREE HUGE fights over weight?

        aight then..... pot kettle black

        1)
a knowledgeable observer would find it difficult to tell simply by looking..... so, you..... are dreaming

I have a better idea, one that is preferable to an "eye-test", by a casual-fan.....

FACT: Canelo made 154 for Smith about a year ago

        2)
a lot of lightweights are taller than Canelo

        some middleweights are over 6-foot

Golovkin looked MUCH bigger than Canelo

casual fans..... clueless..... styles/levels/weight..... you know the story

I did not say that is how I score a fight you tool

I said, as a rule of thumb..... if a pressure fighter cannot impose his style on a boxer..... then he likely got out-boxed

you would still have to actually watch the fight, not just check boxrec like you fools lol

I score by exchanges won, and I include ring generalship/defence..... but understanding how the styles mesh is an important factor if you want to understand what is happening

scoring for the guy going forward means that LeMiss beat Saunders

you are running around wondering what happened to Golovkin's killer body-shots..... wondering why Golovkin forgot how to cut off the ring..... and wondering why Canelo was as happy as a pig-in-**** on the ropes..... as you crow about how he out-boxed Canelo

There is no rule of thumb when scoring a boxing match. There is only what actually takes place in the ring. If your using so called rules of thumb as a guideline your hopelessly biased and no amount of reasoning will get you to a good place.
