Wow, pretty big win for DLH. Even for as ******* as Ca is, judges just dont like to outright dismiss a DUI case especially on a celebrity. CHP mustve muffed up the report or the Cop didnt show up to court.
I still hope the DMV suspends his license for a year though. De La Hoya can ea$ily uber it and doesnt deserve to come out un-punished.Comment

Wow can't believe he got off. Some money or some favors must exchanged hands. It's pretty much impossible to get a DUI dismissed in California, especially with all the recent DUI accidents and deaths. If it was Ventura County, they would have made an example out of him. I wouldn't be surprised if he gets popped again since he has yet to stop drinking.
What do you get out of it if he gets convicted??Comment

What the **** is this garbage? Drunk drivers are scumbags. I lost a close friend because some ******* couldn't be bothered to call a taxi or hire an uber driver. Got no sympathy for these cretins. They should do hard time and have their licenses revoked. **** Oscar! His squeaky clean good guy image was one of the biggest shams in boxing.Comment

Anyone can get charged for shet like that! Did he get convicted??
Thank you, case closed!
Quit bringing that shet up dumbass!Comment

What does getting drunk and getting arrested for a DUI have anything to do with boxing? So are you saying its ok for a gold medalist and champion to go out, get hammered and endanger innocent people while he drives drunk?Comment

Have you ever driven drunk, buzzed, or high on any illegal drugs or legal prescription drugs?? At all?
Either as a juvenile or an adult??Comment

Not really. The judge liked having his balls licked by crackhead mother****er like you! So Oscar gave you a $20 rock and a pint of Thunderbird and you licked the judge's balls and that's how Oscar beat his DUI charge.Comment
