He's had numerous on and off fights that never came to fruition and he was in training camp for each with only one fight coming off.

He's overtrained and begging to get iced. He won't last the full 12. If he does credit to him.

I think your underestimating Rios a little bit. He survived 12 rounds with Pacquiao and was out of shape for most of his recent fights. He has been in the gym and is in great shape already while Garcia looks like he will have to cut a lot of weight in camp. I still see Garcia winning a decision but no way Rios gets knocked out, he has one of the best chins in the sport

Rios has sounded like hes punch drunk for years but its no different than a lot of fighters. Even terence Crawford sounds like he got hit in the head a few too many times its part of the sport. Rios already being in fight shape is an advantage because they can focus more on strategy in training camp

Dude, stop fookin hating. Rios has 3 loses; one he avenged twice. The other 2 were to Bradley and Pacquiao, the 2 best welterweights after Floyd at the time. Look close. Rios has Pac eye. His left eyebrow looks like a derailed train track. His chin may be iron, but the rest is taking a beating. He only lost 3 but he won some wars too.
