How dehydration can make you look a lot younger

Golovkin's body at the weigh in. No pump:

Golovkin's body one day later. Looking old AF. And it includes a pump from warm up and fight:

Is it just water that he added? is his body keeping more water than before?

you're going to look leaner and potentially younger the dryer you get. One thing i noticed when I started building my body is that you can be MASSIVE, but you don't look that big until you cut. The more you cut the younger and more muscular you look, even if you lost muscle and strength in the process.

That is a damn good look. I like the way the unassuming boney, white shoulders carry those powerful, red, swollen, and handsomely stretch-marked bicep mounds.

yeah, you can spot Synthol a mile away. I always love seeing the guys who inject their arms before they go to the club. Nothing turns a woman on like disproportionate, oil filled biceps with no triceps

No you didn't get the point. I want him to be like he was for Brook for the next fight. Not so heavy.
