Victor will be on everyone's P4P list before the year is out. He got everything aligning perfectly now.

Victor hasn't won a meaningful fight since 2011 ffs (vs Berto) . Its a good bet he won't even get a shot at a crown again.

        Wins since 2011.

        2014 Manuel Perez (22-10-1) KO3
        2015 Gilberto Leon (34-13-2) KO8
        2017 Saul Corral (25-9) KO4

Ortiz is very talented and he has a very good style of boxing IMO. But he lacks that mental strength, maybe with the help of a Sports Psychologist he can be much better. Not saying he will be an ATG, but he can win some good fights.

How many times is this? Is this VC3.0?

I actually like Ortiz. He seems cool, he's talented, good form, etc. However it's mental.

We'll believe it when we see it.

              VC1.0
              quits vs Maidana
              VC2.0
loses to Floyd/Lopez, shouldn't have lost to Collazo
              VC3.0
shouldn't have lost rematch to Berto
              VC4.0
              ...we'll see

I liked the dude's skills when he had them...

However the Victor that won his last fight is nowhere near the Victor that won vs Berto.

He's not really. I agree he's a mental weakling but he also has gaping holes in his game. Good athlete but a fairly **** boxer.
