  • Comments Thread For: Wilder: I'm a Traveling King, Joshua Don't Travel - Is He Worried?

WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder (39-0, 38 KOs) has no problem with traveling over to the UK for a unification with IBF, IBO, WBA champion Anthony Joshua (20-0, 20 KOs). But he wonders why Joshua has never traveled for any of his fights.

What's the point in being the A side if you're going to travel to other people's backyard?? Its one of the perks of being the A side, you decide where the fight happens. Obviously Wilder doesn't know what if feels like to be an A side but if he was ever an A side you can be damn sure he wouldn't be traveling to his opponents backyard.

People travel to where the most money is and AJ's money is at home. Wilder even admitted the money is in the UK so he'll travel there.

But to be fair AJ vs Klitschko 2 was damn near confirmed for Las Vegas and would have took place there if Klitschko didn't retire.

When he beat your Olympic Gold Medalist in 2013, where was A.J then?

Wilder has no.problem going over to England.

He was also willing to fight Dillian Shyte. As long as he was guaranteed Joshua afterwards.

Hearn and AJ are gradually running out of excuses.

You post that gif like you are really proud of Wilder?? All I see is a guy throwing wild swooping windmills and missing every single shot, literally hitting air even as he goes down... Embarrassing.

And Harrison was washed up then, we all knew it. Why didn't Wilder fight Haye the guy that beat Harrison instead of fighting a washed out Harrison?

You do realise this particular clip of Wilder show's him swinging 13 shot from the rafters and connecting with one..against a practically stationary target who is not throwing anything back...!

Audley Harisson was on fire just winning the UK HW 'Prizefighter' tournament : beating Dane Claus Bertino in 33 seconds! then Martin Rogan - who defeated Harrison in 2008 - on points ; in the finals Harrison faced someone you might know, he knocked down American Derric Rossy twice, finishing the fight in the second round! we know Luis Ortiz ducked Rossy, we know Rossy recently dropped Bermane Stiverne!

Audley Harrison beat a primed Derric Rossy and won the 'Prizefighter' tournament, Deontay Wilder was not shook and went to the UK to take on the task -- we cant say the same for Joshua.
