Povetkin is very talented, and I agree with Mansour.
On the PEDs subject, I'm starting to have some questions about the entire system. With these huge fines boxers have to pay for breaking protocol, who gets the fine money? If the sanctioning body gets it, IMO that isn't far removed from a pay-off. And then we go a step further... what of the testing company? Are they being paid to 'fix' the test result? Granted, clean is the only way, but with so many boxers getting 'caught' lately, and many of them being shocked they were caught... thinking they were clean... I'm wondering if the sanctioning bodies and the testing companies are doing some under the table dealing with each other to make each more money. I hope that isn't the case, but at this point, does anyone know for 100% certain what's up?
