I don't think Pulev is bad. But, Miller is pretty sharp in terms of technique and boxing IQ and I'm pretty sure he'd take this.

I feel Miller loses when he steps up in class. He beats the opposition right below the top level with ease, but once he steps up he won't be able to handle it. Although some at the top could even have more trouble with common opponents.

Pulev didn't even look that good when he faced Klitchko years ago. Now he is even less impressive so I wouln't be surprised if Miller took care of Pulev.
