You might be a fan boy if...

You say things like you "hate" other fighters.

You accuse everyone else of being a fanboy.

95% of your posts are dedicated to bashing rival fan bases.

95% of your time on here is spent arguing with people.

You let your opinion of a fighter be dictated by how much you disagree with said fighters fans.

You're just as interested in your favorite fighter "winning" in public perception or negotiations as you are in them actually fighting.

When there's good fights on tv, you're on here making troll threads about perceived rivals to your favorite fighter.

😄Feel free to add some more...

Some are what's known as the nsb trifecta...an alt, a hater and a fanboy.

Ah man I HATE fanboys. They are probably worse than the hater fans.

Good thread helping sniff them out cuz too many mfers don't even seem to know wtf a fanboy is & some cats who are super fanboys don't even know they are fanboys I don't think. This disease of fanboyism needs to end

You can be a fan of a guy without being a fanboy. I'm fans of lotsa mfers ultimately. I'm a fan of Andre Dirrell, but I think Jose Uzcategui is gonna f#ck up his day in about 2 months & I'll be rooting against it happening but I can't be delusional about it.

I feel that...I'm pretty well a fan of most top fighters. I appreciate the sport as a whole and like the various styles. Watching fighters use the tools they have to work with to try to get the W is what makes the sport interesting. I couldn't imagine only having vague interest in every fight other than the ones involving my favorite fighter.

I agree with everything except the bolded. Reading your list made me kinda exhausted!

If I did all of the above, I'd have no life whatsoever and be mentally ill in a week. Whoever fits that whole description must be a superman!

The bold: I'm no fanboy of any boxer, not even my number 1 favorite fighter, but some fans can certainly make you dislike or critique their fanboyism of certain fighters harshly.

I have to agree actually. The pact@rds really did that to me at their peak. I found myself wanting pac to lose...but I still respected him as fighter and enjoyed his fights tho.

That's my case with Golovkin. I'm starting to chill out, though!

Yea Uzcategui was up by a few (2, 3 iirc) points on 2 cards + even on the 3rd card. He was creeping up on landing the punch that KTFO of Dirrell. If it'd been a fraction of a second sooner he'd been cool & there wouldn't be a rematch happening.
